1. About Flowmeets
Flowmeets is owned and operated by Wingr AB (559188-8960), hereinafter referred to as "Flowmeets." Flowmeets provides a digital meeting platform that helps companies (hereinafter "Users") to plan, conduct, and manage meetings and events with other companies and individuals (hereinafter "Participants").

Flowmeets offers a service that enables Users to organize meetings and events digitally using the platform's various features. Flowmeets is a paid service with different pricing levels depending on the functionality and services the User chooses to utilize. Pricing information and terms for the different levels are available upon registration and when upgrading the service.

2. Payments
Payments for Flowmeets services are processed via Stripe. When you make a payment, your payment information will be processed by Stripe, a certified third-party payment provider. Stripe adheres to strict security standards to protect your information. By using Flowmeets services, you consent to your payment details being shared with and processed by Stripe according to their terms and privacy policy.

3. Handling of Personal Data
Flowmeets is the data controller and processes Users' and Participants' personal data in accordance with Flowmeets' privacy policy, GDPR, and other applicable legislation. The purpose of our data processing is to fulfill our contractual obligations to our Users and Participants. Users and Participants understand that Flowmeets forwards their information to enable the service's functions. 4. Flowmeets' Liability
Flowmeets is not a party to any agreements or arrangements made between Users and Participants or suppliers. Flowmeets is therefore not liable for any disputes or misunderstandings that may arise between Users and Participants or suppliers. Users or Participants have no right to claim compensation from Flowmeets for economic or other damages, such as incorrect information, poor services, or being banned from the platform.

5. User Responsibility
Each User or Participant who uses Flowmeets' services is responsible for the material and information they provide. The material must not be offensive, defamatory, or misleading and must comply with Swedish law. Flowmeets reserves the right to review and remove material that violates these terms or Swedish law.

6. Force Majeure
Flowmeets is exempt from liability for failure to fulfill certain obligations if the failure is due to circumstances beyond Flowmeets' control, such as natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, technical problems, or other events that significantly hinder or make it impossible to provide the service.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
Flowmeets has the right to use texts, logos, images, and other materials published by Users and Participants on the Flowmeets platform. Ownership of these intellectual property rights remains with the original owner. Other materials on Flowmeets, such as texts, graphics, and logos, are owned by Flowmeets and are protected by copyright law and other intellectual property laws.

8. Sanctions
Flowmeets reserves the right to suspend Users or Participants who violate Swedish law or otherwise fail to comply with these terms and conditions, without providing a reason. In cases of serious violations, the suspension may occur immediately. If the published material leads to Flowmeets being held liable for damages, the User or Participant is obliged to indemnify Flowmeets.

9. Applicable Law
Disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be settled in a general court, and Swedish law shall apply.

10. Amendments
Flowmeets reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice, either at its own discretion or if required by laws and regulations. Users are encouraged to regularly review these terms and conditions.
